Diving

At Coral Lodge 15.41 we have our own professional small dive centre, with all new Scubapro diving gear. Unspoiled diving with our professional guide or on your own, the reefs just off the coast from Coral Lodge 15.41 offer easy as well as more strenuous diving spots. These reefs have hard and soft corals with many species of small fish. They are regularly visited by the bigger predators like dolphins.

The most special reason to come diving at our dive centre, is to visit the wrecks of the 17th century Portuguese vessels. Our Dive Guide used to be employed by the company who did and still does all the archeological excavations. Between the remains there is still a lot of broken chinese porcelain, trading beeds - which the Portuguese used to trade the slaves for-canons and old Portuguese coins.

Whale watching

During August and September whales migrate along the coast where Coral Lodge 15.41 is situated and they can actually be spotted from the beach. This makes for very easy whale watching.

Snorkeling

We provide you with our snorkeling gear and take you with a dhow (traditional sailing boat) to the best snorkeling spots in the area. Afterwards, we sail to one of the uninhabited islands and in the shade, where we will prepare you a delicious picniclunch.

Canoeing

A great way to explore the mangroves is by canoe during high tide. Find the birds, mangrove crabs and other animals on your own or with the help of one of the local guides.

Sailing

Learn to sail the traditional Mozambican dhow and try to catch some fish. If you wish, we will be happy to cook any edible variety you catch for your dinner that evening.

Windsurfing

The constant breeze from the Indian ocean is perfect for learning to windsurf or for taking one of our surfboards for a sail over the crystal blue waters.

Fishing

Take our dhow for catching some reeffish and let our chef prepare it to tast the freshness.
